Please read before submitting
Bug reports
We work hard to make our program better and we appreciate your help. Your bug report must include the following things:
- What are the steps required to make the error occur? We need to be able to reproduce it.
- What error messages did you get? Please include all of them. We would like to ask you to provide as much detail as possible, FTP server version, device type or anything that might be relevant, so we can easily identify the problem.
- If you think that ForkLift has unexpected/wrong behavior: What did you expect to happen and what happened instead?
Feature requests
You should include as much of the following as you can:
- What do you want the feature to do? Please explain in detail what you expect from the new feature.
- Where should it be done? Explain which context would be appropriate for your idea and where you would place the necessary controls etc.
- How do you suggest it should be done? We welcome your suggestions on implementation also.
- If you want something changed: Why is the current way not good enough and how would you improve it?
